Singer Daryl Ong was in a thankful spirit when he posted on Instagram a couple of hours into Christmas Day. He mentioned that there are a lot to be thankful for, including the birth of Jesus Christ.
A few moments after making that post, however, Daryl figured in a car accident which resulted into five stitches on his forehead and twelve on his right elbow.
“Just minutes after posting about being thankful on my Instagram, I got into a car accident,” he wrote in the caption of his photos posted around 6 a.m. “Five stitches on my forehead and 12 on my right elbow.”
The experience was very traumatic for the R&B singer, he thought it was the end for him.
“I really thought it was the end for us inside the car. Kakauwi ko lang at okay kami ng kasama ko sa kotse. Thought it was really traumatic to the point na pareho kaming napapaluha ng kasama ko pag naiisip namin kung paano kami sinargo ng sasakyan na bumangga sa ‘min kanina, nagpapasalamat pa rin ako na buhay kami,” he further wrote.
The IG post included a photo of his wounded arm and forehead.
