Miss Brazil Luma Russo was crowned Miss Charm 2023 last night, during the pageant’s finale that was held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She bested contestants from all over the world, including the Philippines’ Annabelle McDonnell who was named first runner-up, and Indonesia’s Olivia Tan who was second runner-up.
Contestants from Venezuela, Colombia and South Africa were part of the Top 6.
Those who had a Top 10 finish were Argentina, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic; while Chile, China, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Ukraine, Thailand, Russia, Poland and Vietnam were able to make the Top 20 cut.
