Ruslan Kulikov of Batangas City won the top title in the recently-held Mister International Philippines-Batangas. He bested seventeen other equally good looking young men from all over the province of Batangas.
Ruslan isn’t new to pageantry. He was Ginoong Pilipinas Gentlemen of the World in 2019 and a former Mr. STI.

Aside from Ruslan who will represent the province of Batangas in the upcoming Mister International Philippines 2023, Ryan, Mel, Ivan, Red and Emmanuel will also represent their respective municipalities in the said pageant.
