Filipina beauty queen Trexy Paris Roxas has brought another international pageant honor to the Philippines after winning the Miss Eco Teen Asia 2026 title at Miss Eco Teen International 2026 in Egypt.
Roxas represented the Philippines in the international competition, which promotes environmental awareness and sustainability among young women.
Although she did not win the overall crown, her continental title is another achievement for the country in international pageantry.
Trexy Paris Roxas Named Miss Eco Teen Asia 2026
Roxas earned the Miss Eco Teen Asia title, while Abigail Smilovitz of the United States was crowned Miss Eco Teen International 2026.
Indonesia finished as first runner-up, followed by the United Arab Emirates as second runner-up.
Australia and the Netherlands completed the Top 5 as third and fourth runners-up, respectively.
The Filipina beauty queen also received recognition during the preliminary activities, finishing second runner-up in the Best Resort Wear competition.
From Miss Universe Philippines to Miss Eco Teen Asia
Before competing internationally, Trexy Paris Roxas participated in Miss Universe Philippines 2026, representing Iligan.
She was subsequently named Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2026 during The Miss Philippines Coronation Ball held at City of Dreams Manila on May 10.
The title gave her the opportunity to represent the country at Miss Eco Teen International 2026.
Her international participation also showcased Filipino creativity through her national costume, Inang Bayan.
Designed by Er Stephen Alvarado, the Filipiniana-inspired ensemble incorporated discarded materials to highlight sustainability and Philippine cultural heritage.
