Kenneth Baybayon of Brgy. Macabling was named Ginoong Santa Rosa 2023 during the pageant’s finale that was held Thursday night at the City Sports Complex in Santa Rosa. He bested other good looking young men from all over Santa Rosa, Laguna for the pageant’s major title.
Other titles that were awarded that night include Ginoong Santa Rosa Turismo 2023 which went to JV Daygon of Brgy. Kanluran; and Ginoong Santa Rosa Sikhayan 2023 which was won by Darryl Ugalino of Brgy. Ibaba.
All three of them, including the runners-up, were in my top list. Although I must admit that JV was my choice to win the pageant’s main crown.
