A number of Miss World 2021 contestants have reportedly been isolated due to COVID-19 exposure. And that’s 1 day before the coronation night.
According to Primera Hora, there were initial reports of 7 positives, but the number went up to 17 recently. Those that had positive results were contestants and technical personnel.
To be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the Miss World 2021 coronation night will be aired in the Philippines on Friday, December 17, at 8:30 a.m. by CNN Philippines. A pre-coronation special hosted by Pinky Webb will air at 8 a.m.
