The fifteen contestants of Mister Cosmopolitan 2023 recently had a photoshoot wearing their traditional costumes.
I noticed that Philippine contestants these days shy away from the elaborate festival costumes that were usually worn by our past kings. Just like Jefferson Bunney in the recent Mister International, Mister Cosmopolitan Philippines Ivan Ignacio just wore the Barong Tagalog.
Not that I’m complaining, though. I agree that the time and effort should be given to the contestants’ look, aura and wit during the preparation.

Mister Cosmopolitan 2023 finals is happening on October 8 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is the inaugural edition of the pageant and whoever wins will have the bragging rights of being the first-ever winner.
