Blake Johnston of the USA has just been named the first-ever Mister Cosmopolitan. The male pageant’s inaugural edition was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Sunday night, October 8, 2023.
Blake bested fourteen other candidates from all over the world to win the Mister Cosmopolitan 2023 title.
Singapore’s Abdul Rahim was the first runner-up. He also received the Popular Vote special award.
Meanwhile, the Philippines’ Ivan Aikon Ignacio was second runner-up, Thailand’s Yothin Romthaisong was third runner-up, and Australia’s Joshua Saunders was fourth runner-up.
Delegates from South Korea, Italy and Vietnam were also part of the Top 8.
Nine special awards were handed out before the announcement of the Top 8. Only three of these special awards recipients got into the Top 8 – Singapore, Korea and Vietnam.
