Mister Philippines Shawn Khrysler Sulit was named Mister Tourism Globe 2023 during the pageant’s finale that was held in Albay, Philippines Thursday night, September 28th. He bested five other candidates for the title.
Shawn was recently appointed to be the host candidate of the pageant, picked by the organizers of Mister Grand Philippines 2023, of which he was a contestant of.
Before that pageant, though, he was also crowned Mister Beaute International Philippines 2023 when he joined Mister International Philippines last June. He has relinquished that title before joining Mister Grand PH.
Meanwhile, a “sub-title” was given out by Mister Tourism Globe. Mister Great Britain Anthony Cunningham was named Mister Tourism Globe-Eco Tourism 2023.
Anthony was announced earlier this month as one of the contestants of Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2023. In a video posted by MPW a couple of days ago, Andrew says he is 26 years old, half British and half Filipino who is originally from Pangasinan. He’s in the medical field and a registered paramedic in London for the past four years. He’s also a traveler and is the owner of Foreign Atlas travel blog.
The other four contestants of Mister Tourism Globe were all named runners-up so no one went home empty handed.
Fourth runner-up was Myanmar, third runner-up was India, second runner-up was Malaysia, and first runner-up was Indonesia.
