Miss Supranational Philippines Dindi Pajares was named 1st runner-up in the recently-held Miss Elegance competition of Miss Supranational 2021. She fell short to Miss Puerto Rico Karla Guilfú in winning the title.
Miss Dominican Republic Eoanna Constanza was named 2nd runner-up.
