Mister Grand Philippines 2023 Cheovy Walter will not be competing in Mister Grand International 2023.
The good-looking Batangueño has been replaced by Jesus Guinto, who was originally crowned Mister Tourism Globe Philippines 2023.

The reason for the replacement was revealed by Mister Grand Philippines on its Facebook page Saturday afternoon.
Cheovy Walter will not be able to compete due to visa complications.
