Young actress Liza Soberano will be playing the role of Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach for Maalaala Mo Kaya‘s (MMK) production of the beauty queen’s life story. The episode will be aired on June 3.
A teaser for the episode has already been released by ABS-CBN, showing Liza wearing a crown. The video also showed clips from Pia’s Binibining Pilipinas coronation as the country’s representative to the Miss Universe 2015 pageant, where she was crowned as the winner.
