Luis Manzano has just made official his desire to run for public office as he filed his Certificate of Candidacy at the Comelec satellite office in Batangas Provincial Capitol on Thursday (October 3).
Luis will run as vice governor of Batangas.
His mother, Vilma Santos-Recto, also filed her candidacy as she seeks to return as governor of Batangas.
Ryan Christian Santos-Recto (Vilma’s son with DOF Secretary Ralph Recto) also filed his candidacy as representative of the province’s 6th district.
Luis, Vilma and Ryan Christian were accompanied by Ralph Recto and Luis’ wife, Jessy Mendiola.
