Gwendoline Soriano of Bakakeng Central was named Miss Baguio 2024 and she’s going to represent the summer capital in the upcoming Miss Universe Philippines 2024.
The coronation night was held last night at the Baguio Convention and Cultural Center and it was a sure win for Gwendoline when she started getting most of the special awards, including Miss Media Personality, Best in Swimwear, Miss Photogenic, Miss Valencia’s, The Face of the Beauty Society, Miss Venus Parkview Hotel, Miss Spa at The Heritage x D’Well Dermatology, and Best in Evening Gown.
Other winners include Carla Tilap (Miss Baguio Turismo 2024); Antonette Tilap (Miss Baguio Kalikasan 2024); Dawn Castillo (Miss Baguio Kultura 2024); and Jasmine Urmaza (Miss Baguio Malikhain 2024).
First and second runners-up were Nikesha Isaguire and Rica Caronongan, respectively.
The finals night was hosted by Emma Tiglao, Tarah Valencia, CJ Opiaza, Kitt Cortez, and Shauna Curran, with special performances by Sugarcane, Home, Sandex Gavin, and Ballet Baguio.
