Classes are still suspended on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, in some parts of the Philippines due to Typhoon Enteng.

The monsoon rains, heightened by the tropical depression, started flooding the NCR and Bicol Region on Sunday (Sept. 1) which resulted in Local Government Units (LGUs) cancelling classes for Monday.

Nonstop rain was experienced all throughout Monday, which prompted the palace to announce suspension of classes in public schools, as well as government work, for Tuesday (Sept. 3).
