Kisses Delavin and Donny Pangilinan will soon be seen regularly on television via the upcoming series Playhouse. The romantic comedy is set to premiere on September 17, 2018 on ABS-CBN’s Prime Tanghali noontime block.
Playhouse is both Kisses and Donny’s first TV series. The two, however, have already teamed up for the movie Walwal which was shown earlier this year.
Recently, ABS-CBN released a Playhouse teaser featuring the DonKiss love team.

Kisses and Donny’s characters are named Sheila and Zeke, respectively. The two are schoolmates but they don’t belong in the same group as Zeke is more of the popular athlete type and Sheila seems to belong to the “nerdy” type of students.
As the saying goes, though, opposites attract. Zeke eventually finds himself attracted to Sheila because she’s different from the other girls he know.
Playhouse is topbilled by Angelica Panganiban and Zanjoe Marudo. Also in the cast are Maxene Magalona, Kean Cipriano, Carlo Aquino, Ariella Arida, Dominic Roque, AC Bonifacio, Smokey Manaloto, Nadia Montenegro and Malou De Guzman.
