Classes in several areas in Luzon have been declared suspended for Monday, January 13, 2020, due to ash fall brought about by the eruption of Taal Volcano on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Palace eventually announced the suspension of classes on all levels, as well as work in government, in the affected areas of Calabarzon, the National Capital Region (NCR), and Region 3.
