Classes in several areas in the Philippines have been declared suspended for Tuesday, December 3, 2019, due to Typhoon Tisoy (Kammuri).
#TisoyPH is expected to make a landfall early Tuesday morning in Sorsogon.

EASTERN VISAYAS
